Returns & Refund Policy – Little Miracle Reborns (UK)
At Little Miracle Reborns, each doll is carefully prepared with love and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident when ordering and aim to keep our returns policy clear and fair in line with UK consumer law.
🔁 Ready-to-Ship Dolls
Ready-to-ship dolls may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
• The doll must be returned unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer (tracked shipping is recommended).
• Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
⚠️ Return Fees
If a discretionary return is accepted for a made-to-order doll, a £25 handling fee per doll will be deducted from the refund to cover preparation, packaging, and materials. For international orders, an additional £10 fee applies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Made-to-order or personalised dolls unless faulty or not as described
• Used, altered, or damaged items

🧵 Made-to-Order Dolls
Most Little Miracle Reborns dolls are prepared to order. Because materials and preparation begin specifically for your doll, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted on made-to-order dolls unless agreed at our discretion.
🧾 Refunds
Refunds are issued when:
• You contact us within the allowed return period
• The item is returned unused and in original condition
• The return has been approved or the item is faulty
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
🚫 Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only. A £25 administration fee per doll applies to cover preparation and materials.
🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items
Please report any fault within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
📦 Lost Orders
If tracking shows delivery but your parcel cannot be located, please contact us immediately so we can begin an investigation with the courier.

All Little Miracle Reborns dolls are collectible art dolls and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
